    Summary

    The incumbent serves as a procurement analyst in the Office of Administrative Services (OAS). 

    Location of position: 1800 F St. NW Washington, D.C.

    The incumbent is responsible for review of contracts and contracting actions, and the development and dissemination of procurement policy as required.

    We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

    Conducts reviews of contracting actions to ensure compliance with GSA policy, administrative procedures, regulations, and statutes. 

    Advises management and contracting officers on matters pertaining to contracting policies and procedures.

    Ensures the related files and documentation are prepared properly and in accordance with applicable regulations and policies. 

    Analyzes procurement performance against established indicators, and recommends avenues for improvement by utilizing considerable judgment, initiative and resourcefulness.
